AWARDS

This year we have 2 awards, which will be handed out by 2 competent juries to 2 short films. The 2 awards are:

Best danish short

For best danish produced short film

Best danish youth short

For young danish filmmakers under 25 years

Rules & Terms

Genre

All film genres and types of short films can be submitted (children, experimental, animation, documentary and so no).

Length

The short film can not have a running time longer than 30 minuts (including credits).

Production year

The short film must be finalised in 2019 or 2020

When applying your film to the Copenhagen Short Film Festival, you agree to the following conditions ...

That the submitter is the holder of all rights to the film, and that no rights for all or parts of the film are in dispute.

CSFF decide when and where your film will be screened during the festival period.

If selected, CSFF can use material from your film (clips from the film, trailer and pictures) for promotional purposes (such as festival trailer, poster and program).

You will provide a screener copy in HD quality – if possible a DCP copy – if your film is selected.

If your film is selected to the program, you will provide a screener copy with english subtitles (this is not necessary if the short film has english dialogue).
