Life In The Shadowlands is an autobiographical and experimental short film about getting sick with the disabling neuroimmune disease ME/CFS, from the perspective of a young Norwegian artist.

Yaghma is losing her sight, like her mother, and on the verge of absolute blindness due to a hereditary optical disease. She tries to stay hopeful, but has to make some tough decisions about her future and life.
