In this masterclass, Mikkel will give insight into how he has financed and built a community around his films. He will share his thoughts and experiences with different production methods used for animated film projects, from very short films to longer formats.

Mikkel Mainz is an animation film director and founder of the company Skjald, as well as co-founder of Sun Creature. He works with animation and storytelling across platforms and is the brain behind the successful Tales of Alethrion, a series consisting of a series of short films set in an epic and adventurous world. He is currently directing an upcoming Fridags Tamtam series.
