Join visual artist Anne Hoberg for an inspiring talk where she will give you a peak behind the curtain of the creative process of designing animation characters.
Anne will show how characters evolve from initial sketches to fully realized designs, sharing insights into the artistic choices, techniques, and tools she uses in her daily practice. Through examples from her own work, she will reflect on the challenges and discoveries that come with building personalities, emotions, and visual identities for animated characters.
Anne Hoberg is a Danish illustrator, art teacher/mentor, and storyteller. Anne’s artistic practice focuses on characters, storytelling, atmosphere, acting, colours, and design. Her portfolio spans children’s book illustration, character design, visual development, educational materials, and original artwork.
